Return Policy
In case you wish to return a product, this can only be done if it is defective and only within 3 days from the date of receipt.
Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellation only in case the order has not been shipped from our store for delivery. In case the products are still with us, you can cancel your order by informing us by text message at eshop@agrom. gr or by phone at the 2421031111 and we will cancel it immediately by refunding you the amount you have already paid.
We do not accept cancellation or return of an order after it has been received by the customer. Also, if the products of the order are a special order, it cannot be canceled.
Refund in case of order cancellation or return of products
