Description
Comet® is a fungicide with action against diseases that affect the foliage of cereals (wheat, barley, triticale) as well as corn and sunflower. It also has an effect on the physiology of plants still in the absence of visible symptoms of disease. It contains pyraclostrobin which interferes with cellular respiration in the Qo position of complex III of the respiratory chain and exhibits apoplastic and exclusive movement. It prevents the germination of spores, the growth of mycelium and sporiogenesis. After its application, it is partially absorbed by the leaves, which explains its protective, intersectional and locally systemic action.
