Development regulator. It acts by inhibiting the synthesis of giverellin. It is absorbed by the leaves, shoots and roots of plants and limits the growth of plants. It reduces the length of the shoots and the distance between them, favors the formation of lateral shoots and flowers. It increases fruiting, improves the quality of the fruits and facilitates harvesting. Do not apply the formulation to artificially drained soils in the cultures of apple and stone fruits. Do not use it when trees are under stressful conditions nor in very young and newly planted trees that require intense vegetative growth. Do not apply it when it is blowing, to prevent the dispersion of spraying liquid to adjacent crops. Do not apply it to orchards where annual plants are grown. In crops where there is some delay in the development of the previous year’s buds, it is considered advisable to reduce the dosage in the second year or even not to use the formulation at all until the plants acquire the desired robustness.
